My name is Victory Ram and I am a multi-passionate (multi-faceted) entrepreneur.
I love creating and producing events.
I love coaching people to become magnetic, effective, and confident communicators.
I love pageants!
I love working on TV and with the media.
I love being a special education advocate.

I do a lot of things - I have created a life that I love. By doing so, I am able to help people create events for their organizations and businesses, eliminate fears about communicating with others, and overall, feel 'victorious' in everything that they do.

There is no 'typical' job description that matches me because I have worked for 17+ years to create a life I love. From event planning to pageant coaching, from TV hosting to special needs advocacy, I get to do what I love every day and I'm excited to use my variety of experiences to help you accomplish your dreams as your coach, next speaker, event planner, pageant coach, and more.
By working hand-in-hand with organizations and professionals, I help produce memorable events for non-profits, businesses, and individuals. Through individual coaching and group workshops, I help people to eliminate their fears about communication, being on stage, and being in front of a room or a camera.

The story: My parents are entrepreneurs, so I grew up helping with events, being featured in magazines and on stages, and sorting invoices at 11pm on the dining room floor with my mom so we could get some extra time together.
Then I fell in love with two crazy things: WWE wrestling and pageants. Ok, now you understand my love of event planning. I believe in creating flawless events that have people talking on social media and wanting to participate every time the show or program happens. I've learned the power of organized team meetings, a good headset, and a color-coded spreadsheet. I also learned that the show appears flawless because of all of the background work - an event only happens after months of extensive preparation, from sponsor outreach, to vendor acquistiion, and more - I've done it all for non-profits and businesses alike.

All of these experiences have made me into a confident communicator and now I also coach professionals in becoming confident, magentic, and effective communicators in the boardroom, on TV, and while networking.

It is time to work with me if you:
-
Want to create a memorable fundraiser, gala, non-profit event, networking event etc;
-
Desire to speak on TV or in public with confidence;
-
Need to create an elevator pitch that says who you are, what you do, and acts like a magnet to draw people to your cause;
-
Have a speech or upcoming presentation that needs confidence, flair, help with delivery, or edits;
-
Desire to hone your presentation skills, including your body language, facial expressions, etc;
-
and more!

MEDIA COVERAGE
I have always been committed to the idea of personal empowerment...even though I started as a pageant coach, I've never strayed from the idea of empowering others to be victorious in everything they do.
So, you'll see a lot of glam-ish pictures of me when it comes to coverage, but the message is still the same: no matter where you come from, no matter what you aspire to do...I am the coach for you!
